How the house came to be
It began with a pink vase, spotted on a shelf in a small village shop here in the UK. I carried it home, set it down — and watched it change the whole room around it.
Pink has always been my colour. It is effortlessly warm, quietly playful, timelessly elegant, and it makes a home feel loved. The more I looked, the more beautiful pink pieces I found being made by British designers — yet they were scattered so widely you’d never see them side by side. So I imagined a house where every room held only pink. That house is Pinkwell House.
It is arranged like a home rather than a shop. Each room gathers special pink pieces for one part of life, chosen one at a time from designers and makers across the UK. If you, too, have spent years finding one perfect pink piece at a time, I hope you’ll feel right at home here.
